Our Host Pool Program Pool allows you to obtain lessons right in your own backyard!

If you have an electric or solar heated pool (outdoor or indoor), in Roseville, Granite Bay, or Rocklin, we need your help! ISR Roseville is committed to helping as many kids as possible by teaching them life-saving aquatic problem-solving skills. The more pools we can access, the more lessons and locations we can offer families.

Benefits for host pool

  • NO commute to lessons.

  • Reimbursement for pool maintenance and heating during the session.

  • You will be helping us SAVE LIVES!

Requirements for Certified ISR Instructor

  • Maintain liability Insurance (will provide a copy to the homeowner). The policy will cover the instructor and homeowner when teaching in the pool.

  • Maintain current ISR certification.

  • Maintain CPR/AED First Aid certification.

  • Ensure each family parent/participant signs a liability waiver.

  • Conduct ISR lessons only for those students who have completed the National ISR registration requirement.

Requirements for Home Host Pool

  • Pool must be accessible by a side gate or by walking around to the pool location.

  • Instructor must be able to use the pool Monday-Friday for the same block of time each day.

  • Allow instructor use of the pool for an 8 week session.

  • Pool temperature must be maintained between 78-88 degrees (heated pool).

  • Chemical levels must be maintained and balanced.

  • Bathroom use is not required. At NO time will parents or students be using the home.
